Kendra, Logan and I did a lab this week and we had to figure out what each sample was. First, we picked a sample and weighed it, after we got the weight we divided it by the number of moles that where in that sample and then we looked at a periodic table and looked at its atomic mass and if it was the same as the number we got dividing then that was the element's name. This lab was fun and it helped me understand a lot more about the periodic table and exactly how to identify elements. :)
